L’UPUPA Farm Holidays at Massignano of Ancona

Set among the Marche green hills, very close to the wonderful Conero Riviera sea, if you are searching for quietness and clean air during your staying at Ancona, we want to suggest you L’UPUPA Farm Holidays. It is set in Conero Park vegetation, and it is managed by Monica Marinelli and by her brother Simone; in 1995, they started this business up in Massignano hamlet. The Farm holidays is 5 mins far from splendid Portonovo bay and at about 10 mins by car from the two pearls of the Riviera: Sirolo and Numana. 

The L’Upupa Farm Holidays is an ex-farmhouse restored during ’80 years period. At the ground floor you can find the restaurant rooms and a small apartment where tourists have their welcome; Simone and Monica Marinelli live upstairs. Around the farm holidays, and within the three hectares property, you will find farm animals, such as: hens, pigs, cows and goats running about within the pen.

The farm holidays is opened all the year round; it is provided with three detached apartments, all with independent entrance, a cooking area and private bathrooms, of course. There is a garden with veranda where you can relax yourself reading a book and breathing the scents and watching at the typical colors of Conero Riviera.
We advise you that it is possible to buy the typical products of the Park, from honey to Conero red wine of own production, olive oil and many others.

How to reach it by car:
Driving from Sirolo along the Conero provincial road toward Ancona, once passed through the crossroad for Massignano and after 500 metres, turning on the left following farm holidays signs.
Besides of car park there is a caravan area with 12 clear spaces provided with facility columns with water and electricity plugs.
